The following terms are applicable to any products (except any teas and food) that you purchased from Us.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable..

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • For the safety issue, perishable Goods such as teas and food: all sales of teas are final.

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized: please be aware that utensils (especially ceramics) can have variation in size, shape, color, etc. that differ from the images on the site.

We’d like to let you know that we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded.

Returning Goods

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not offer shipping labels for returns unless the item is damaged or an incorrect order.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return regarding your refund approval. If approved, you’ll get an automatic refund to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need a bit more time.
