  • At the moment, we do not provide international shipping outside the United States. However, if you’re located overseas and interested in our teas, please contact us. We’re happy to explore shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

  • We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact our customer service team with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and make things right.

  • Yes. All of our teas—except Doraji tea—are made with organically grown ingredients from our own farms and processed in certified organic facilities. We’re committed to offering clean, safe tea free from harmful substances.

  • Store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. After each use, be sure to reseal the bag tightly and gently press out excess air to keep the tea fresh.

  • All of our daeyong teas are caffeine-free and gluten-free, making them gentle on your body and suitable for any time of day.

  • You can steep our teas—such as Sook (mugwort), Doraji (balloon flower root), and Mogwa (quince)—twice for a rich and lasting flavor.

  • For the best taste, we recommend consuming the tea within 2 years of opening. Store it properly to retain aroma and quality over time.

  • 1. Thoroughly rinse the dried omija under running water.

    2. Soak in a glass or plastic bowl for 12 hours during summer and 24 hours during winter.

    3.Drain and add sweetener to taste if desired.
